8th July "The Kive Cup", in honour of my mate Kive Mubarak, who was unfortunately deported back to Uganda earlier this year. Snatch 95 - 100 - 105. Made all 3 and all pretty easy. Should have gone a little higher maybe, although 105 is an equal pb. C&J 120 - 125 - 130 F. Missed the jerk. Had it straight overhead but it drove me into the ground. Total = 230. Happy with that. That would qualify me for the world master's, which one one of my new year's resolutions. | |||

27th June Snatch Up to 90kg 95 miss x 5. Might have even been 6 or 7. Terrible sessions C&J Up to 120kg 125 miss. Not chasing it. Squat up to 160x1. Not sure what went on there. That was my second to last heavy session before comp 8th July. Lets hope it gets better. | |||
