"The Kive Cup", in honour of my mate Kive Mubarak, who was unfortunately deported back to Uganda earlier this year.

Snatch
95 - 100 - 105. Made all 3 and all pretty easy. Should have gone a little higher maybe, although 105 is an equal pb.

C&J
120 - 125 - 130 F. Missed the jerk. Had it straight overhead but it drove me into the ground.

Total = 230. Happy with that. That would qualify me for the world master's, which one one of my new year's resolutions.

It just melted about half a tablespoon in my espresso.

On the subject of fasts, I found it was much easier when I had a good night's sleep. On the days where I'm up at 6 it's a real struggle.
