Snatch
Very strange session.
Doubles up to 80
85
90 x 1. 3 misses. Was gonna call it a day but decided to get reckless.
100. caught it and lost it on the way up
102 (pb)
105. caught it and lost it on the way up
106. missed behind.
Makes no sense at all. None of them felt heavy, once i sort out my bottom position 110 can't be too far away.

No strength training but had to do 100 push ups after losing a bet on the Haye Klitchko fight. Also played a game of 5 a side at work. Got a tournament on so will have a few.

Gonna go up 1kg/ week and max the last set each time.

Went to a bikram yoga class. Yes, that's right, hot yoga. Not sure if it belongs in a strength training log but there we go.

A mate from work put me onto it and it does wonders for my back and shoulders.

Had enough of not lifting so hit the gym. Worked around my finger so no cleans or pulls.

Very nearly got the first attempt at 135. Really should have gone 132 or so but was feeling cocky.

Managed to fracture a finger playing basketball at work. Had to pull out of my comp for next weekend. Looks like it'll be squats and sprints for the next couple of weeks.
