Ran some hill sprints and went to a bikram yoga class. Incidently, the players from Stockport county fc were at the bikram.

80kg x 5 sets. These kind of complexes are really tough

Shoulder press
55kg: 4x3; 1x7. Gonna go up 1 kg each time. My press really shouldn't be so rubbish.
