I appreciate that Boar. I'm supposed to be working next sat but will see if i can swap shifts. Pretty sure I can do the sat after that unless I'm on holiday. Spoke to Kev at the gym and he's gonna help us out as well.

Went to olympic in ashton to try at some strongman

farmer's walks
Up to 90kg each hand. Did about 20m

Axle/ log
Not sure how much these weighed and had a lot of trouble with both. Got a few reps with the log but nothing heavy. Couldn't clean the axle and got a nice big bruise on my forearm for the trouble.

Keg loading
95kg keg. Loaded it up to the platform six times before i started missing.

All a bit heavy and awkward. Gonna go about once a week before oly dragons.

SUGDEN PUSH & PULL

Really good day, enjoyed it immensely. Plus the sun came out for us

Overhead 115/ 120/ 127.5F
Deadlift 190/ 210/ 220F

Good to put some names to faces. Didn't do the stones but enjoyed watching and then I had to get off.
