8th October Northern Masters in Mytholmroyd. I was competing as a guest but am a masters lifter from january. Snatch 95x/ 95/ 102 C&J 120/ 125x/ 128x Total of 222, which I'm happy enougfh with. Very close on the 125 jerk, a little less close on the 128 but figured I'd go for it. | |||

The average guy will percieve the average strength trainee as "strong", regardless of their actual ability. I'm regarded as the "strong" one at work, working with offenders with mental health problems. As you can see from my numbers, I'm far from that. I certainly don't want to be weaker | |||

1st October Practice run for comp next sat. Snatch 90/ 95/ 100x C&J 115/ 120x/ 120x Not a great sesh, felt beat up and tired. Gonna have an easy week and see what happens. Will prob open on 93/ 117. | |||

And 5 years later she's still horrified by how much I eat It was a bit of an issue at first but I don't smoke, rarely drink, don't womanise. i'll take her out at least once a week and when I'm in I pay her lots of attention and don't just ignore her and sit staring at the telly with the remote in my hand.
