17th November power clean and jerk Up to 110kg for 5 singles Overhead press 64kg x 1/ 2/ 3/ 1/ 2/ 3/ 1/2/ 3 Back Squat 150kg x 1/ 2/ 3/ 1/ 2/ 1/ 1 Gonna drop the 5x3 and just try and get a load of reps in. If I get 1/ 2/ 3 x3 I'll move the weight up Pull ups and stretch | |||
