TUE 26.2.13 Was a little unsure how this was going to go after my Yoke PB yesterday.. Squat 60 x10 100kg x5 120kg x5 140kg x3 160kg x1 this felt tough! 175kg xF As i suspected.. O.Heads Bar x10 40kg x10 50kg x5 60kg x5 60kg x5 Push 70kg x5 Push Left it there, at lock out i felt really unstable at the core.
