Farmers walk (56er in each hand for ten laps of the gym)
10 second pause and hold 2x5kg plates in each hand for 1 min. (getting easyer)

Super sets

Sit ups 3x20
Preacher curls 27kg + bar 3x10

I finished off with O.H.P with a 56er x6 each hand.

Hi wiegieboard..We are waiting for our cage to arrive so we can try a PB. It has been a bit of a carry on cleaning the weight then adding to it on the shoulders.

Absolutaly nothing left after 3rd set.

Last set of curls number 10 was a bit of a fight.

Power cleans x6 Two sets of these. Really gets the heart pumping. (hate that leggiez) lol.

I have noticed a small difference in my legs allready. Also started a little supplement of protein. Just going to take once after training and see how it goes.
