Tricep pull downs
32kg 3x10 and Close grip b,press 65kg x10 x9 x9 (i will nail 3x10 next week)

Super sets

Sit ups 3x20 and pull-ups (on the new cage) 3,3,3 Pish eh!!!

Got a real sense tonight that we are all a wee bit tired. Good effort though, we wont be beaten!!

A day of two halfs. This morning Leggiez and myself was experimenting with his leverage machine and we did...

Calf raises

80kg 3x10

Leg extensions

60kg 3x10

Leg curls

40kg 3x10

Chest press

150kg x5 so much easier with this machine
Inclined and declined presses also.

.....SECOND HALF AFTER 2 HOURS REST.....


Bench press

bar x10
65kg x6
97.5 x3x3x2x1x1 Time to de-load

Squats

bar x10
75kg x5
95 5x5
105 x1 PB (felt just the same as 95)

Bent over rows

bar x10
62.5 x5
72.5 5x5

Barbell complex

47.5kg on bar
6 push press
12 squats
12 b.o.rows
6 push press
6 power cleans Holy crap i kidd you not these are tough!!! X2

Super sets

sit ups (bench steeper declined) 3x20

Your tall, so 105kg would be about right for you then.Your not too far away from your target. Keep up the good work.

Hi Reevesy. Thanx for your comment. Yeah the Tricep pull downs are 3 sets of 10 reps with 32.5kg then straight to C.G.press 3 sets of 10(leggiez keeps upping the weight so i am struggling a bit with these).

Cheers Wiegiboard. I will keep increasing with the dead lifts for now. Tbh i dont think the squat PB is going to be anything special. I am struggling a wee bit now with only 92.5. When we do it i will definatly have you in mind bud. Will do my very bestHappy
