Happy with the progress and learning more about technique all the time. May just get the hang of this lifting yet.

Bent over rows

After reading an article about these i decided to de-load and start again with a wider grip, (same as bench press).

Bar x10

M,J Super Sets

Sit ups 3x20
Pull ups 6,5,4 Not much but still an improvment
Triceps pull down 35kg 10,9,7
Close,G,B,Press 75kg 9,7,5

Still perfecting the tecnique for squats(finding that rolling the bar back after every rep helps us stay more upright)
