MON 20.6.11 Over head press Bar x15 behind 40 x10 behind 50 x5 front 62.5 5x5 front 70kg x5 Push press PB 77.5 x1 Push press PB Squats Bar x10 60 x8 90 x5 105 x3 117.5 3 sets of 5 PB 130 x1 PB (so happy with how my skinny legs are progressing) Dead lifts 60 x10 100 x5 142.5 x5 PB 165 x1 PB (was a struggle, came up slowly. grip was fine though) M.J.Super sets Sit ups 3x20 Pull ups 6,5,5 Tricep pull downs @35kg 3x10 Close grip b,press @77.5kg 10,9,7 Ended the session with what can only be called WASPBUSTERS. (got rid of two wee nests in the gym roof). Didnt take much strength, just courage lol | |||

First we flipped the 100kg wheel over and over to the bottom of our garden and back, more cardio than anything really. Second we made a belt and tied a big tyre to it and dragged it around the garden. Holy crap this was bluddy hard work (good fun though). We are having alot of fun with these home made strong man events. Very important i think. A big shout out to Reevesy for giving me a nudge about my bench PB attempts. Thanx matey | |||
