130 x1 PB (so happy with how my skinny legs are progressing)

165 x1 PB (was a struggle, came up slowly. grip was fine though)

Tricep pull downs @35kg 3x10
Close grip b,press @77.5kg 10,9,7

Ended the session with what can only be called WASPBUSTERS. (got rid of two wee nests in the gym roof). Didnt take much strength, just courage lolHappy

Leg extentions

60kg 5x10

Hamstring Curls

35kg 3x10

Squats

62.5kg 3x20 (wee pauses through out the sets)

Super sets

Sit ups 3x20
Pull ups 5,5,5

Legs were well pumped after the third set of squats. hope i am not over training.

Bent over rows

We got hold of some old bus wheels ranging from 35kg to 100kg. First we flipped the 100kg wheel over and over to the bottom of our garden and back, more cardio than anything really. Second we made a belt and tied a big tyre to it and dragged it around the garden. Holy crap this was bluddy hard work (good fun though). We are having alot of fun with these home made strong man events. Very important i think.

Its only a matter of time,and not that much either before that 190 comes up. Looks like you have exellent support to. I was willing that bar up for you weigie. It wont be long!!!! Happy
