Bent Over Rows

75kg 5x5 was just happy with form at end


Situps 3x25 increased these by 5 per set
Pull ups 9,6,6 made some nice progress with these
Triceps pull downs @37.5kg 3x10

Theres a pattern of failing 3x5 squats on fri for me. I get them though with persistance Happy

Its cool leggiez... I had kenny in our power rack doing squats. Adjusted the rests so he could unrack and rack the bar himself. His pb is 30kg x5. You would have been pleased with the lad. The extra rest was probably what your dodgy tri needed anyways.

Ended the night with a 100kg tyre flip to the bottom of the garden and back (about 50 meters) x3
oh... and messing with lifting a big paving slab and other heavy stuff from around the garden. Good fun Happy
Totally knackerd!!Yet again friday squats are extreemly hard. Need to rest.
