130kg x4 (on the 5th rep i went down to quickly and forward so dumped it)
130kg x1 picked it straight up and did another rep.... 3x5@130kg PB

Muscle Junction Super Sets

Dumbell flys @23kg each hand 3x10
Dumbell press @23kg each hand 3x10
sit ups 3x25
Power cleans @60kg 3x5 on the last set i pushed pressed the last clean.

Really enjoyed the s,sets (good pain). Dont know where the bench pb came from, went for it and got it Tongue

Shame about your spotter man..I have come to realise that a decent partner (spotter) is so important when you are at your limits, they should just know when to let you fight the bar. Do you have a steady training partner bud? Happy

Just felt like a wee bit of overtime tonight, nothing major....

Super Set

Sit ups 3x25
Pull ups 10,6,6,4,4 had to do the extra 2 sets of 4 at end to make the 30
Tricep pull downs @37.5kg 3x10

Thats the first time i have managed 10 pull ups in a row Happy
