This is the end of a deadlift program we have been doing. I failed 212.5 so many times before i was not confident at all tonight.

Really Frustrated, I've lost 6kg BW over the last two months and it seems to have made my gym time hard.


TUE 3.9.13

Just in the gym rolling out and stretching for 20mins. Skipping, sit ups, BW squats and empty bar GM's. Then another good roll out! Feel a bit better.
