Squat
70 x 10
120 x 5
160 x 3
200 x 1
Wraps on
230 x 1
250 x 1
270 x 1 PB felt really hard stalled on way up
280 x 1 PB thought f**k it might aswell try all i could do was fail and it was easier than the 270!

Leg extension x 15-20 reps 5sets

Dumbbell curls x 4 sets 8-12 reps

Reaally chuffed with todays training time to set some new goals.....

Squat - 300kg
Bench - 210kg T+G 200kg competition
Deadlift - 320kg +
