The getting ready for comps is always a drain but you have to do it to win and this is your best chance of winning ESM I think mate.

What happens if the comps get overfilled and some top guys don't get chance to get their entry forms in on time? Do you refuse some of the first timers or the not as good people just so these guys can compete?

Also when comps have too many people in spectators get bored which in turn does nothing for the sport. Most guys watch a comp before doing one and if they see its taking ages for everyone to do events then he thinks 'this is boring as fook'. I love watching comps but there is also only a certain amount of times I can see people log pressing before I get bored.

There is also a certain point when you do have to say this is strongman for a reason. For instance if a deadlift was dropped from 250kg to 220kg to get more people interested then someone is still going to complain eventually that's too heavy and want it dropped more.
