So for my PBs

Squat: 235kg (with wraps) 215kg (raw)
Deadlift: 265kg for 3reps
Bench: 165kg
Strict press: 100kg for 2reps
Log press: 120kg
Axle press (not cleaned): 130kg
Yoke: 300kg for 15metres (could of been 320kg not sure)
Farmers: 140kg for 20metres

I have done more but can't remember right now and the basics are there anyway. I know I'm a long way off but will hopefully get them numbers decent by the end of the year. My main goals are a 250kg squat 285-290kg deadlift and 130kg log by end of the year. We shall see what happens

Hi guys. This is my training log for build up to salt ayre strongest man in september. I am Robbos training partner so will have good help anyway but anymore help would be appreciated.
