Don't like to go heavy on these just good for overhead balance

180 x 10 both sets were s**te a lot of momentum used need to strengthen the olde traps

Stretching and band work

Shoulder was painful but didn't hurt when the pressing got heavy
A lot of work is needed on traps

Have u tried the smalls routine for squats? It got me a 15 kilo PB in 4 weeks and worked well for james its just a bit of a ball ache.

This always happens when we decide we'll have an easy week....we end up getting PBs
Hamstring didn't feel brilliant when I started so was surprised to get pbs but I thought it would be rude not to

On the squats tried sinking down fast and been confident with it and it worked

Deadlift was slow but it went up

140 x 2 second rep shoulder clicked even robbo could hear it spotting me
120 x 2 shoulder just hurting
Pec dec

Bodyweight dips
6 reps
7 reps hate bodyweight dips they just remind me how overweight and weak I am
Rope pushdowns
2 sets

Wasn't a hard session just more of a ticking over session
