I've dropped to 120 which is rather shocking since I've developed a sweet tooth for scones and started putting cheese on everything Happy

Was quite chuffed with these they felt very easy today for a change could of got more but its a lazy week.

Barbell curls
Bar x 50

Just to get a pump in the biceps

Not tried this week really hopefully over next 8 or so weeks I will be able to post some more impressive numbers. Deadlift suit has arrived so I'm hoping that by comp time I will be able to pull 300 suited which is a big goal but we shall see what happens.

Hiya mate. I also tried some strongman to help with my bodybuilding and ended up sticking with strongman. Good luck with it all mate.

I've been using the mentioned knee sleeves over the wraps and it is horribly tight but is very effective.

The knee sleeves alone are good.

I do agree with what u say about raw quad power I only used knee wraps for 4 weeks whilst robbo was preparing for englands and probably won't use them for a while to let my quads get stronger. But if you've just started using knee wraps defo spend few weeks getting used to them.

Good work on here mate. If it feels ok in the gym then always go for it if you know its not there leave it for next time. The worst and most annoying injuries are ones you know you could of prevented Happy
