Since I started the journal I've decided to look at doing some strongman just trying to get stronger at the moment, then some events training.


I've done the reverse gone to powerlifting from strongman I tore the ligaments in my ankle so moving events are a no no Unhappy

The elbow sleeves are pretty good for PBs haha

To be honest mate I'm struggling to get to grips with all the feds and stuff

Tendonitis is a t**t mate just high rep stuff and keep massaging the elbow is about all you can do. Oh and ice like you said. If your prone to get it then it will just reappear every now and then. Try keep them warm when exercising etc.

Good amount of volume in here mate just starting powerlifting myself so will be good to keep an eye on how others do it Happy

Don't know how this all happened myself the 200 bench and 280 squat were goals I had for the end of the year.

Training 3 times a week helps a lot helps me recover and makes me want to be in the gym

Had a horrible bank holiday weekend at work getting abused by scottish women mostly but still almost tore my biceps off Unhappy had to give mondays deadlifts a miss because of how much pain they were in they wouldn't of lasted at all without tearing they were that bad.

150 x 7 elbow hurt like f**k during these sets my tricep felt very vulnerable

Dumbbell flyes
12reps

Chest was reeeeaaaally tight and shoulder felt crap

Dumbbell curls
15 reps
15 reps
15 reps

Barbell curls
12 reps
12 reps
12 reps

Did these to get some blood into bad biceps and hopefully make them feel better

Having next week off training then will take it steady till mid-june then hopefully more amazing things will happen before my birthday Happy

Currently eating 2 steak burgers 2 chicken kievs and potato animals because true animals eat other animals raaaar! Haha

Gaylord!!! Side raises are for tshirt trainers squats are for men. I will thoroughly enjoy taking the piss haha. Already writing the text to him 'BSM has a new event....max side raises, you should do well' haha
