Very good comp today and good to see a lot of people there. Jack was awesome and Ken was brilliant doing the stones. A lot of young talent in the UKs which is brilliant. Think its a shame certain people try and ruin other competitors by making dodgy equipment lol | |||

Todays training After a poor week finally something good to post Strict press Bar 40 60 x 5 80 x 4or5 100 x 5 PB (previous pb was 2 woohoo) 105 x 3 PB Paused strict press 80 3 sets of 3 reps with 1 minute rest in between Bicep curls (still hard due to wrist injury but I'm not complaining ) Tate presses Superset cable curls with pushdowns and got my pump on! Very happy with todays training hopefully this week of resting has done some good. | |||
