If you don't feel the bug for competing mate then take some time out sometimes it can just disappear. And if you feel like BB then that's fine just aslong as you don't come to comps in your gasp vests talking about 'the deep burn' . Aslong as your training for strength in the gym and get stronger at basic lifts it will only help for when you do come back to strongman. And do keep posting on here or I'll be lonely . However if the phrase 'mind-muscle connection' comes up on here I shall have to run you over | |||

Or do a comp similar to salt ayre so can pick lighter weights for deads and whatever else may be lagging and go heavier when you can. The other idea of doing novice comps and been left out of scoring sounds good. | |||

Todays training with Robbo Gra and Gates Farmers 60kg x 20m 100kg x 20m 150kg x 8m (ish) 3 drops heaviest I've done before was 120 so this was brutal 140kg x 15m 3 drops tore hands Tyre flips 350 x 1 400 x f no tread 350 x 2 350 x 3 DOH apollon deadlift 140 x f KFC boneless banquet for one x 1 PB | |||
