If your used to deadlifting without straps I would stick with that because trying to lift strapless after training with straps is a lot harder And a strong grip never hurt anyone | |||

Its hard to get motivated when your placing low but you should use that as motivation when training. Robbo speaks very highly of your involvement mate so would be a shame if you weren't involved in strongman. | |||
