Try the 5 3 1 routine to build strength mate me and robbo did it and got 15kilo pb on squat and improved deadlifts a lot.

Rower 5 minutes I almost died

Pleased with the session but hand aids was holding me back as felt couldn't grip the bar and it just tore the calluses more.

Definately use straps if this is the case and possibly throw some double overhand sets in without straps just for grip

My grip has turned to dog s**t after using straps on all my deads lately
