First session back after 2 weeks off with illness Todays training Front squat 60 x 10 100 x 5 140 x 3 felt HEAVY its been long time since did these 140 x 3 felt easy actually 160 x 1 beltless PB (accidently forgot to put belt on) 160 x 3 160 x 3 the s**t from chest infection just made it hard to breathe 5 mins on bike on high level (agony) Sit up machine x 3 sets Side bends x 3 sets 10 reps each side 5 mins on bike again Easy first session back (didn't feel easy actually) but going to start doing more cardio type stuff now to get healthier and lose bit off my gut . Had a chest infection for about a month and from coughing so much I ended up with a throat infection which has meant no training and waiting for it to go | |||

Sounds corny and not sure if it been said but I think the best way of training is what you find fun and what makes it enjoyable to go to the gym. We are all happy when training goes well and we get stronger BUT what if we are getting stronger because we are happy? Food for thought |
