Interested in doing some powerlifting comps this year and just want to know which feds are untested

Can't do tested feds due to eating a certain make of jam Grin

Todays training

Bar x lots and I mean lots! Shoulders were stiff so tried loosening them off but ended up tiring out my shoulders
60 x 10
80 x 8
100 x 5
120 x 3
140 x 2
160 x 1
170 x 1
180 x 3 PB

2 board press
160 x 3
180 x 3
200 x 2F3 didn't even mean to go down for third haha
140 x 8 line was s**t all over the place and kept catching the plates on the rack (s**t lifefitness gay rack)
140 x 12 was chasing nicks 14 but I got 2 on 200 he didn't Tongue haha
Drop set 160 x 8 140 x 7 (got rid of board after this) 100 x ? 60 x ? Not many but lost count.

Incline tricep extension 4 sets x 10+ reps

Happy with today 200kg felt ok in the hands not as shaky or scary as I thought it would

Hopefully will get 192.5 + week after next Grin

60 x lots
100 x 8
140 x 5
180 x 5
220 x 3
240 x 3
250 x 3
260 x 5 rep PB I think
260 x 1 and held at top just to see if grip would hold up (calluses didn't haha)

Very weird position for me and seems to get the glutes a lot which will hopefully help me get some junk in my trunk Grin

Assisted pull up x failure
Barbell rows 100kg x 10+ reps
Barbell shrugs 140kg x 12+ reps
Tbar rows x 12+ reps

Did 3 sets of this and on the last set did drops sets

Good session today still having problems with biceps but just carried on regardless.

The plan for deadlift is to use straps for top set and then drop off and work on the mixed grip.

Leg extensions x 5 sets 15 - 20 reps

Cable curls superset with pushdowns

Very happy with squats hopefully 275 there!

Having lots of problems with biceps/triceps/forearms/shoulders at the min and hoping some higher rep stuff will ease it off Grin
