Shoulder Press 24 2x10 Slowly getting better, remember a time when i was stuck on 18/20 for about 2 years!! Flat Elbow Extensions 18 4x10 CSR 190 3x10 Face Pulls 16 3x10 Cable Curls 16 10,10,6 (12 x4) Happy I tried on the suit today, when my number are good enough in the future I may consider going equipped so nice to get a feel for it. Took about 18 mins to lock out, but bloody well got it! Back was a little dodgy today, must have slept on it funny.... but still got the work done, cos thats just how i role..... Start of a new programme today, had a 6 week cycle of the last through exams and stuff so now time for a change, back to all 3 lifts every other day. I've been taking Creapure Monohydrate from Reflex, about 6-7g a day and didnt do a loading phase (RDA is 5g for a 75kg male) pretty confident its been working, have seen massive gains recently (past 6-7 months) but as with all supplements e.g. pre/post workouts, protein etc how much of these gains can you pin down to one supplement? Studies are a great guide (well done Bish) and give you a good idea to what you should be taking and how much etc but you have to find what works best for you...fear of stating the obvious! | |||
