BW at 103.95 today. Looking leaner too which is great, all the motivation i need to get my ass outa bed for these early sessions!

Elbow was still giving me so much jip. The 137.5 was probably the worst rep Ive ever done on the bench, terrible technique, but I guess a rep is a rep. The 120s felt horrible as did the 100s

Strict Press

Elbow hurt so took it easy and gave the football bar a whirl

Football Bar Strict Press

May start using this instead of a BB for the next few weeks for a change

Raises: Side 12 3x8 then shed loads more side and some front raises.
Side Plate holds (pinch) 5kg x25, 20, 15s

Bummed with the bench and elbow. The incline was the saving grace of the session.

Yeah i tend to agree, the early morning knocks about a rep off what I should be doing. Again some nice work done in your sessions. You have quite a nice plan by the looks of it - I just cant seam to let go of all the 'pointless' assistance movements!

Very dead after this...

Then finished off with a few box jumps.

Nice little session. Have a video of the Squats and KBs so will pop them up later in the week.
