I am going to get my own gym equipment to train with as due to time I am limited to travelling to the gym and its opening times.

I am after a decent set of squat stands (no power cage due to space) to train with but more importantly some decent safety spotters attached so I am not limited by weight.

So what do you lot use?

I have another video taken on the same day after the 175kg on a set off 160kg, I think my back stays alot tighter here.

Alex and Dean, thank you. Yea will drop the weight I think only by 5kg but focus on trying to keep nice and tight. Was thinking of switching to Sumo anyway.

Heres a 5 rep on 175kg, any points? I think my back is rounding quite bad but I have never been any good at judging that.

Circuit training with 0.5mile laps in between. A good blow out, but horrible holding the press up position "halfway" The Army's favorite.

Summary
Good session, was pleased with the squat results. Hope to hit 135kg again on the next session. Deadlift form needs checking not to sure if my back is rounding, hard to judge it myself. Bench felt decent last rep on the last set was a "grit your teeth" job. Dips were not very good but was pleases with everything else. Not too sure if I will get chance to train next week so maybe my last session for 7 days.

Summary
Good CV and an alright weights session. Realised my form for cleans is toatally off so had a reset and going to get it right now. Was pleased with the squats and the OHP felt decent too. Chins fairl weak though.
