Wasn't getting a full stretch on the calf I was sinking into the matting so tried the calf machine

Enjoyed tonight some young lads me t to me were deadlifting shockingly I knew one of the lads so said to him how I would do it picked the barbell up and thought that feels funny there had a 25kg one end and a 20kg other end lmao

Trained at a virgin active tonight just because there was a deal with the hotel I am in, £5 so thought might as well get my upper session done and tbh I was very impressed with the equipment they had

Flat bench feet up 1 sec pause

Would say that this bench was perfect in regarding position Etc it was a proper flat bench and would say that some reps were paused a little longer

A lad who was deadlifting jumped in with me so I did
