Monday Just a very small blast work is getting busier by the day and its a 30min drive back so didnt get jnto gym till 8:55pm was back out at 9:20pm Squats 8 x Bar 6 x 60kg 6 x 100kg 4 x 140kg 4 x 160kg Fronts 6 x 60kg 4 x 100kg 3 x 120kg Set up a 142.5kg I then realised why the bar is forever rolling the machined part of the bar is really long (between knurls) so just can't get it to stick I can see me struggling for time for the next few weeks with work Tuesday Bit of chest n shoulders Flat bench 8 x bar 12 x 60kg 8 x 80kg 10 x 100kg 2 x 120kg 5 x 102.5kg SHOP 1st rep cleaned of floor 6 x 60kg 6 x 65kg 5+1F x 70kg 6 x 60kg Short workout time permitting again think I am goner be going with this type of workout while work is this busy for the time being. | |||

cant see video cos on works PC but i trained in the same gym as him last september over in morecambe and tbh was quite shocked at his ability of training his form was very poor on every exercise he did while i was in there. had to ask him to move as well while i was squatting haha | |||

Post Edited: 15.02.2014 @ 08:05 AM by JB last nights workout Deadlifts 5 x 60kg 5 x 90kg 3 x 120kg 3 x 150kg belt now for remainder 2 x 170kg 1 x 190kg 3 x 215kg 2 x 185kg 3 x 185kg Well 1st time deadlifting in this gym bars aren't the best but got set up on the 215kg and went for it and right hand slipped when I started to lift so had to re-set and lift again and got the 3 reps the 185kgs pretty much the same was struggling with grip the knurling isn't the best and same hand slipped again on the 1st set 3rd rep so ended up taking a breather then hit another set still disappointed I didn't hit more reps. A lad I know from the years coming here a big f**ker said all the bars are s**t. Paused deads 3 secs no belt 3 x 160kg 3 x 165kg 3 x 170kg CGPD 6 x 35kg 6 x 50kg 15 x 65kg 10 x 65kg x 4 sets 1min rests Horiz row 6 x 40kg 10 x 50kg then drops sets 8 x 40kg 5 x 35kg EZ curls (weight only) 6 x 10kg 6 x 20kg 8 x 25kg 15kg x 18,15,16,12,9 30sec rest periods No gym till Monday now cos its not open haha | |||

Left shoulder been painful all day and didn't help that I was on a course today day in a classroom with very limited room!!
