| Bin suffering for weeks now not bin able to squat below parralel with any weight had a load of ultrasound and acupuncture made it better for my journy home then came straight back, after a few sessions an a load of money spent i was recomended to laser therapy which bloody works and would work much faster if i took time off training which we all no dont happen highly recomend this good luck | |||
