Yeah , it really is a massive issue with deadlifting type movements , everything else feels strong as hell but if i deadlift now i pull it away from my legs linewise ,it seems my body wants to try and get past where the rib muscle is required to work , and it just causes so much pain in the following days. If i had a damaged back from deadlifting i could understand that , but being held back by a torn muscle in my ribs is mega depressing !!! | |||
