Calf Raises
1x10 @ 80kg
4x10 @ 130kg

Leg Curls
3x10 @ 60kg

Hamstring Curls
3x10 @ 40kg

Leverage System Bench Press
1x10 @ 80kg
1x5 @ 110kg
1x5 @ 130kg
1x5 @ 150kg

L.S Decline Bench Press
1x5 @ 110kg

L.S Incline Bench Press
3x5 @ 80kg

DB Chest Fly
1x10 @ 25kg

AFTERNOON SESSION

SQUAT
1x10 @ bar
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 92.5kg
4x5 @ 125kgPB(5 rep pb)
1x3 @ 135kgPB(3 rep pb : felt no more difficult than the 125kg to be fair)

Bench Press

1x3 @ 117.5kgPB(3 rep pb , didnt try a 4th but i doubt it was there)

1xf @ 130kg (not even close , failed on the way down really)

Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls
3x20 @ 10kg plate behind neck(inclined 1 more notch than week before / 3x10 @ 31.5kg ( still managing the 3 sets a little easily)

Thoroughly wrecked now , early bed tonight i think.

OHP is looking more and more like you need to drop to 3 working sets now , still looking good for a little more progress though.

Overhead Press
1x10 @ bar
1x5 @ 40kg
3x5 @ 72.5kg (5,4,3 : end of the road for 3x5 training for ohp i think)
2x5 @ 62.5kg

Deadlift
1x5 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 100kg
1x3 @ 132.5kg
1x1 @ 155kg
1x5 @ 172.5kg (felt easy o_0)
1x1 @ 205kg PB (smoked it !!!)

Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls
3x20 @ 10kg behind neck / 3x10 @ 30kg ( last set was a 15,still need more weight)

Grip Work (Farmers walk with 2 56'ers,supersetted with 2x5kg plate hold each hand)
3x10 garage shuttles (260m) with the 56'er , followed straight after with 2x5kg plate grip and hold for time , all 3 were roughly 1minute holds (feeling far easier now for the 1 minute hold)

56'er OH Press
1x12 @ each hand individually
1x6 @ both arms together (straight after so pretty fatigued!)

Happy to end the week with my deadlift PB and Squats are beginning to get somewhere , 1 more session then we got a cage !!!

5x5 @ 120kg (felt much harder than ever before , mainly because "SOMEONE" overloaded 1 side by 5kg early on !!!!)

Bench Press
1x10 @ bar
1x10 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 95kg
3x5 @ 115kg (3,2,2)
2x5 @ 95kg
1x8 @ 95kg

Bent Over Row
1x8 @ 60kg
5x5 @ 100kg

Tricep Pulldown SS with CG Bench Press
3x10 @ 32.5kg/67.5kg (still managing this not to bad)

Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls
3x20 @ 10kg plate behind neck / 3x10 @ 29kg ( beginning to feel like im working in 3rd set of preachers)

Bench pressing was predictable , im kind of at the end of the road with 3x5 with this exercise , not sure whether to go to 1x5 at my top weight or just go for 5/3/1 with it.
Squatting still feels not too bad, and the good news is that the power cage is coming next TUESDAY so only 2 more sessions of having to clean the weight !!!!
Bent over rows are still getting better as i go on , 5th set always looks stronger than first,strange exercise!!

5x5 @ 117.5kg (still not overly taxing , but 1 or 2 felt a bit goodmorningish !)

Overhead Press
1x10 @ bar
1x5 @ 47kg
3x5 @ 70kg (5,5,4 : nothing in the triceps for the final press)
2x5 @ 60kg

Deadlift
1x10 @ 60kg
1x5 @ 100kg
1x3 @ 130kg
1x5 @ 170kg (chalk and it was no problem )
1xf @ 205kg (got it right up to lockout but my right hand opened , callous came off grr , not gonna claim a dodgy rep as a pb)

Barbell Complex
2x Pagan's complex @ 45kg (dunno proper name tbh but i got the idea from pagan's log... blowing not quite so hard as first time at least)

Incline Situp SS with BB Preacher Curls
3x20 @ 10kg plate behind neck / 3x10 @ 28kg ( still need a bit more weight )

Not a bad workout , nice to change things up a little in the accessory work.
