» Worlds strongest man (Go to post)26-03-2014 @ 15:03
i am a huge big Z fan as i keep telling everyone and i honestly see shaw as his big threat normally, but i am gonna be honest with you i can see thor winning 4 of the 6 events and he can hold his own in pressing
stones
loading
keg toss
truck pull
i would be suprised if he drops anymore than 2 points over these 4 events
serious dark horse for title
and please dont rule out mike burk he sqatted well in the heats and he is the most under rated presser in that final
i think he could defo get a podium place if things go well

i have never been so unsure of the top 3 in a long time
ps well donr to the brits best of luck to the 3 of you

You do realise that involves putting on a kilo of muscle a week for 8 weeks whilst also losing 6.7kg of fat?
Wowzers.

Ha it's 7kg of muscle 6kg of fat and yeah when you break it down like that I am less confident cuddles haha!! but we will see I might decide to get the bf down at a lesser bw or keep weight at close to 300lb and have higher bf%
I will see where I am at in 8 weeks but even over longer term that's my goal
Still dropped 7kg of bodyweight and dropped bf 8% in 6 weeks though Happy

That's the internet for ya though we all read things in different connotations
But i never took it that way mate Happy
I have never been super lean I tend to hold fat in my muffin tops and lower back, even on low carb diets and even on gh I still held fat that would not shift. Last 6 weeks though I have went from fattest I have ever been (I did this as I was worried I was gonna loose too much bw) to pretty much leanest I have ever been. trying to do it for 15 years myself but 6 weeks on this diet I have had more success.

Bigger than Ronnie Coleman and Dorian yates. Wowser. Some going that mate.

Tbf I am about 4 inch taller than both and I am talking 9% these guys where on stage at 3%!!
But i am only shooting facts to show my results from the diet
I know I have only been using it for 6 weeks but I literally eat s**te all night and wake up leaner and leaner!!

I have been on carb backload for nearly 6 weeks after a crazy bulking phase where I went up to 142kg
I love the diet I wish I done it years ago I feel ten times more healthy and my s**tting has went from about 6 times a day to 1 maybe 2
In the last 6 weeks I have went from 142kg at 22% bf to 135kg at 14% bf and I have lost no strength at all
I would suggest getting kiefers book and reading it cover to cover twice before you start as so many people who have not got great results from it have been doing it wrong
I am confident I can be 136kg (300lb in old money) and single digit bf in 8 weeks
» BSM UPDATES (Go to post)15-03-2014 @ 16:50
i think terry only pulling 5 reps on deadlift was a smart move his back will be fresh for last 2 events and that should get him the win
» BSM UPDATES (Go to post)15-03-2014 @ 14:09
since it about to start my money on terry
then loz
then felix
with hixxy and ed making the top 5
» wsm final events (Go to post)11-03-2014 @ 13:19
i think the final of WSM should always have some form of grip test, for me grip strength is every bit as important as any other.
shaw and big Z both have beatable grips that means others can get in the mix
keg toss was quite exciting to watch i suppose, in final couple of years ago as shaw and big z where very close as was travis and so on, and the public love watching stuff go down to 100ths of a second rather than max weight (its s**te but true)
there has not been a squat since 2005 where pudz just pipped filu. not5 been a max since 2007 las vegas
i think its not the worse events in the world, love the fact its has a squat for a change but think no grip test is a bad call

It takes a special kind of c**t to take pot shots from the safety of the internet.
I visualise him as some creepy silence of the lambs nut job, prob prancing about naked bar mismatched rugby socks in his s**thole of a council flat, posing in front of a mirror whilst wsm 1992 is blaring in the background with his cock tucked back saying "f**k me"
He prob hangs about strongman comps and when everyone is gone he steals the competitors used plastic bottles and tacky rags and goes home and wanks over them.
He gets turned on with the abuse you guys are giving him Happy

I just watched video no way big Z last rep was not sold he only moves after odd gives him down signal not before
Look at him as odd says down he is stationary
» Arnold strongman classic predictions (Go to post)01-03-2014 @ 22:03
I would imagine that
Loz
Eddie hall
Lalas
Big Z
To name a couple would out squat him
He gets away with being so tall on dead lift with long arms but squat is a different matter, his hips will be too far back with limb length to squat big.....but he has proven me wrong before

That reply is irrelevant. Cant wait to see what excuses you come up with when Brians beats him at worlds.

I am the biggest big Z fan in the world and I was first after last years WSM to say hats off to shaw, no excuses he beat big Z 5 out of 6 events. but with there being a squat in the final (thank god for the change) I would not be too sure of my money on shaw
