cheers i just thought a seated press there can be no doubt of strict
i will get a 130k or ev even more if i can to shoot to the top of the sugden pb !!!

hello neil i hurt my shoulder tendon on my right shoulder its the tendon that runs from the back of the shoulder over and to the front
i did it doing crusifix with two 15k dumbells
as if you could not hurt your shoulder in any gayer a way !!!

i have had some work on it, and i also hurt something in my neck just above it, that was doing really heavy push presses and the bar pulled me forward on the way down, that was just before UK's
just been resting them as best i could and i have been getting better but just need to be carefull the first couple of weeks after it i could not do incline log with empty log now up to 180k so iam back lifting close to my best weights but still feels like it is has a little niggle in there
shuld be ok though will get a video up soon of some pressing and you can let me know what you think big guy

pressing

i was very tiered after legs on friday and events on sunday so i decided to avoid any form of pressing that placed any kind of stress on lower back or legs

incline log press
ifsa log, high incline

50k warm up x 20
90k x 12
130k x 10 (felt much lighter than last time)
170k x 4 (not bad at all)
180k x 1 tough one just got it but not been doing them much so happy
dropped back to 130k for 10 only got 9 though totaly burnt out

decline bench press
100k x 20
140k x 15
180k x 6
200k x 2 then drop set, 180k x 2, 140k x 6, 100k x 10, 60x 10
woow bodybuilder pump !!!!!

seated barbell press
60k x 10
100k x 10
120k x 4
130k x 1 (this was impressive after all the benching)

does this count as a strict press cause i could claim it on the pb chart if it is

finished off with some triceps
big pressdowns
some dips
and some rope extensions

all went well
felt strong which was nice as i have been having slight problems with shulders all oct
gona get 200k incline log soon and 220k decline bench

well done on 300k for 1 but 260k for 5 was impressive after it big balls to go for last one
and kings of leon are very good that song is called 4 kicks
they have went very comercial though

sunday events day

trained with the t0w stevies, dave and big ken was there to make sure that i did not skive

today was all about getting a feel for the qualifier events for ssm in feb
i have decided that i am not going to spend the whole winter focusing on these events as i feel i will make better gains if i stick to a basic events foundation
ie van deads yoke medleys grip stones and so on

but we gave them a we try anyway

back was tiered a little from legs but trained arround it best i could

pressing medley
few warm ups then
went for it
the event in the qualifier is
115k log 120k log 130k log and 140k log
but i only have two logs so we used two barbells and tow logs

first run did the 115k barbell 120k barbell and 130k log really fast but failed the 140k at lockout
i was just puffed out
so went again and did it slower and got all 4
then because i failed the 140k i did it for a set of 3
so ok pressing

went outside and did some chain draggs
first fun 300k for 15 meters
second run 300k for 25 meters (seriously long pull)
it was freezin so the lungs burned and legs pumped

farmers holds
70k warm up
100k for just over a min
normally go heavier but this is the weight so stuck to it

stones
did some warm ups with 80k, 90k and 110k
was going to go for some big lifts with the 170k but back was getting tiered so just shoulderd the 130k for about 5 times
then f**ked about and tried to lift two stones at the same time
then i was shouldering the 90k stone and doing single arm dumbell press with the other arm whilst telling the bodybuilders that i wanted to be in their gang
much to their amusment

good enough workout but next week we are through to unit 20 to train with the east coasters so i will have to show them how its done !!!!

i took the week off from the crazy 666 challenge to give my CNS a break so i did some front squats

1 - allergic reaction to fake tan
2 - get nervous and shy on stage
3 - too many random chicks hitting on you when they see you in trunks, causing problems with your fiancee

200 will be comfy man, it's a great viking press, but don't destroy it or any other kit or you'll be barred! Wink Know what you mean about not wanting to leave DAWC if sessions are going so well there, tendency is to stay in the groove eh. I will come there sometime soon to have a play with the natural stones, maybe have a shot of some of the farmers that are to be used in the 105's as well, do some stones or something, and hit a volume pb on trash talk too Happy


the 4 resons i cant do natural body building is this

1 that dream tan stuff they use is f**king stinking, it smells like dead people's insides
2 diet, unless someone invents a bodybuliding diet that involves hula hoops and mini chedders its not going to happen
3 trunks, i just cant see it
4 they say you should shave your hair off as it makes you look bigger, well i am not cutting my thick long locks of golden perfection for nothin

so strongman it is for me its a shame cause, "i got my posing down to a point, its perfect wait till you see it"

trained today (monday)
normally take monday off to recover after events and train tue but wrk commitments i changed it to monday
and the only bit of my body that was not sore from events the day before was shoulders
and even then i still log pressed up to 140 for 3

barbell press from squat rack
60k x 20 (stiff gotta get the blood going)
100k x 8
100k x 8
130k x 4
140k x 2 just got second

not bad could have got some more with fresh shoulders and keep forgetting that shoulders have been rested for a couple of weeks with injury so got to remember to walk before i can run

natural stone press
x 1/1/1/2/3

seated log press
70k x 20
110k x 6

triceps
press downs
working up to full stack x 12
then full stck plus 15k dumbell x 8

dumbell behind neck
50k x 20
60k x 15

skull crushers
70k x 10

diops
BW x total of 30 reps

rest up tue and back in wed for some back work
