right shops been busy so not had chance to sit down and do the journal since wed so back wed night deadlifts 60k x 4 100k x 4 140k x 4 180k x 4 220k x 4 260k x 4 280k x 2 300k x 1 belt tried 300k couple fo times and kept slipping out hand with s**t chalk then switched to kens chalk all fine relly pissed me off cause i had bar at lockout once over the knees twice before i got chalk so i should have got 300k for 3 which was what i wanted pulldowns full stack x 6 for 3 sets seated rows full stack 150k plus 20k plate x 21 reps dumbell rows 60k x 12 each arm x 2 sets good workout spoiled by s**tty chalk i think it was talk made to look like chalk | |||

Post Edited: 10.12.2008 @ 16:55 PM by robocop tue at the dawc pressing day seated log press 70k x 10 70k x 10 100k x 10 shoulders nice and warm jumpt to 130k x 4 same as last time not bad 140k x 1 again matched pb but not as clse to second rep as last time put this down to my log press from sundays events session prop not fully recovered seated barbell press 60k x 10 100k x 10 f**ked rested for about 5 min 130k x 1 135k x 1 pb getting shattered whole body was sore from events and stuff and now shoulders where the same dumbell press 50k x 9 not done these for a long time tough bench press 100k x 20 x 20 tri press downs full stack + 15k dumbell x 8 dips x bw x 20 rope press downs full stack x 20 pumped shatered woried how i am going to deadlift on wed | |||

alright events sunday had some guest up so spent time running about to get things set up and forgot to take any vids so sorry chester and everyone else next week i was very happy i had 5 other guys in the mood to train cause i was feeling f**ked had deadlifted thurs then done legs fri and we really hit legs hard so with only 24 hours rest i was feeling stiff log press 70k x 5 100k x 5 120k x 5 140k x 5 had a couple more in me here happy with that 160k could not clean it log was too slippy a kept sliding off t shirt took it off but still the same was getting sweatty so left it shame cause after 140k x 5 i was feeling good for 160k x 2 and maybe more yoke god this felt hard quads where still f**ked from fronts on fri 70k x 30 150k x 30m 230k x 30m 310k x 30m this was hard 380k x 30m slow but no drops 410k x 30m dug deep PB 900 pounds yes my legs where f**ked i recon i could have strutted with 410 with fresh legs farmers holds 110k each hand 64 sec ok time ken did 80 just before me so second best time but not bad stones changed the stones from single stone lifts to runs and they where good fun run 100k 110k 130k 150k 170k 40 secs not bad could shave about 10 secs off that with fresh legs and more practice put them all down - 14 secs shouldered the 170k first time i have done this with t-shirt on one motioned the 150k - this was the highlight of the session for me i wanted to do this for a while as on the big stones i lose time lapping then squatting up with them so if i can do this i will shave mins off my stone times overall hit all of the targest i set myself apart from log but that was issue with sweaty me and slippy log not shuloder power so happy enough | |||

thanks thing and JC both very kind its nice to get complements but when they are off good squatters also, it means a lot more the 270 was tyhe first time i have ever shocked myself in the gym 2.5k off 600 really happy going again one more time this friday before ken leaves me for the festive season i am gonna try 270k for a double god help me then its back squats 340k awaits but i want 300k front squat next year it will come just fear to get over | |||

Post Edited: 06.12.2008 @ 17:25 PM by robocop cheers guys i think i can get close to the 300k mark but we will see i am going for a double with 270k next week i will film it going to the gym tommorrow for events got a great team of boys for tommorrow me ken stainless steve steve dave geo stehen m and his mate so 8 of us should be a great session the plan is max log yoke farmers stones want 160k log maybe 165k 410k yoke big farmers and fast run with the stones gonna try 100k, 110k, 130k, 150k, 170k so hopefully my legs and back will be recoverd for yoke |
