Yeah I'm going to the commonwealths! I'll be lifting in the 93kg class As a light 93er! 83's just too hard to get too lol

Yeah same here I need to put on some weight fill out to 93kg,that's awesome you gonna be pulling those weights at 90! 8 days rest that's what you want!

Oh right nice one! it would affect me training heavy daily,i hav`et tried it though, im quite happy training each body part every 7-10days.Good luck on the rest of the build up!

found the shoes to be great everyfing felt much easyer n much more controled . in my own opinion though i thought they took me alot deaper in the squat like i could stop has any1 else find having raised heel takes u deeper into a squat would like feed back on this please ??



Yeah when i bought a pair of squat shoes with a raised heel it was easyer and more comfy to squat in deeper depth! btw big benching!
