Yeah I thought you asked me twice lol , Well the past 8 weeks i've trained light on squat and deadlifts . When I hurt my back I din't squat or Deadlift for ages 16months.. ,I only lost 20-30kg on both lifts.So i know power does't go away fastFair play mate Navy sounds exciting! 10 weeks off training blimey ! Your be fine! |

awesome rep pb similar to mine i would of gone for 2.5kg pb`s, but i need to rest my leg and build back up slowly and i competed in december lol i hit a 647.5kg total at 86kg (well 87 on comp scales after breakfast) so i won`t be lifting in april. |

Well I din't stretch for years or deload i think that plays a big part,i stretch now and deload alot,I've had two main injuries back and shoulder but they've cleared up well.yeah we are similar age ,but I'll pass a training journal mate I'll just keep the sessions in my head lol |
