Swimming x 400m Really busy so could only do single or 2 lengths at a time. Want to work up to doing a mile non stop but that is a long way off. Going to try and go at least twice a week now. | |||

Thanks chaps, I do feel strong on all the pressing excercises at the moment. Few goals Iv decided on; 70kg dumbells on incline for 10reps 155kg push press 130kg strict press 180kg paused incline bench 210kg paused bench press Obviously some will take longer then others but I want to tick these off buy August time. | |||
