Quick workout this morning. Deadlift didnt hurt my back but was concentrating on driving through my legs.

Our body weights are incomparable mate. If i wasnt lifting more then you there would be a serious issue. Its all relative, your more competitive at under 80 then i am with the top domestic fat boys.

I assume you were up at the 90kg mark when you competed last (the big battle with Beefy)? Bet you feel better being lighter though?

I feel your pain regards the strength but i dont have any weight loss to use as the excuse.

Trained at 6am this morning, feels good getting it done but cant imagine ever lifting heavy this early as still half asleep. Back again feeling loose and painful when squatting with bad form, literaly need to do olympic style form.

Swimming x 462m (33m pool)

Incredible shoulder pump but enjoyed it apart from having to swim around two huge fat ladies that couldn't have gone any slower. Hopefully il have another session on Saturday morning, try to get over 500m
