What is everyones experiences with physio's and osteopaths?

Iv had a back injury for some time now and iv had some visits to a physio which eased the pain short term but it has always returned. Im thinking about seeing a osteopath as from what i understand they look more into the root of the problem and try to address that?

Cant see the video but the way he has been squating 300 for reps recently, this doesnt surprise me.

Anyone know where videos of the qualifier can be seen?

Haha, I think you and me both know that's not going to happen. I am enjoying the training though, feels good leaving the gym absolutely dead. Been too lazy in the gym for too long now
