On the best under 90 lifts, im pretty sure James has done 150x3or4 and he has also done 150 strict in the triple ply sleeves.

I put up the video of him doing 200kg at this a while back, well now he has done 20kg more. Exceptional demonstration of strength!

Monday 10th November

After training Saturday and missing a 140 strict log Iv decided to really knuckle down and get some proper routine to my training. Nothing amazing but just more frequent and sensible training. Anyway, tonight's;

I think I'm going to leave any heavy deadlifts or squats and try to learn the olympic lifts. I'm also looking to train at some different gyms. The gym I'm training at currently is great and has all the gear but there are too many dickheads with no idea and have too much attitude for my liking. Really annoyed after today's training!

Did a good 15mins of ankle stretching on the calf machine and just with body weight. Determined to get an olympic squat now!
