Really enjoyed the day, thanks Lads. Just happy i put in a decent performance after a bad year and hip's (though sore now) not too bad.

Finally got down to Adders and now i don't think i'll be leaving, defo make it a very regular thing for me. Grin

Just thanks to everyone who arranged the day and all the lad's lifting. First time i've seem Oly Lifting and really impressed with everyone's performances. And apologizes for shooting off early, (first and hopefully last time)

Looking forward to the videos and hope no f**ker shoot in the way off the camera. lol

f**king knacked, hungry as f**k and in one f**king foul mood. Pissed off with f**king everything, esp my f**king pussy s**t hip, and how much of a c**t i made myself this year in comp's and to an extent in training.

Dead-lift (Oly Bar)
60kg 10 reps
100kg 6 reps
140kg 6 reps
220kg 3 reps (bottom suit first time)
300kg 1 rep (suit first time)
320kg 1 rep (suit first time)

Why the f**k can't my head be right when my body is ? Got a good few slaps on the back anf flipped on the c**t bar.

Power Clean
140kg rep

Power clean and Press
140kg power cleaned and easy f**king press
160kg missed clean slightly PB
straight away swearing 1 power clean and f**king press. (slammed the bar like f**k back to the floor)

Bit of grip work, shrugs light, wrist curls (front and behind)
1 set hammer curls 12 reps 30kg or something.

Thinking i was only going to press this weekend but f**k it get my head right and i dead-lift.

Had a c**t of a week really. Really down in the dumps the week-end alot of head s**t f**king up ect ect, then failed bike theory test by 1 f**king stupid question 43/50 (robbing scamming c**ts) got 2 lucky dips for the WED and Sat Lottery though. LOL

Did a s**t Pull workout fri ? F squat 140kg 3 x3 Forearm sore as f**k as head f**ked, did pull 260kg piss easy but head f**ked for the second as that's when i feel the hip go. Still good for 300-310 but probably be sore as f**k (hip) after it.


lost Team Partner again for Comp this weekend, so may be on my own.

100kg 1 set 10 straight from floor press strict (real easy)
140kg 1 rep, 1 motion clean and strict press v surprised
120kg 6 reps floor to over head (3 reps push pressed)

Floor Press (Oly Bar)
100kg 10 reps
180kg 6 reps
220kg 3 reps
260kg 2 reps and a miss

Incline Bench (Oly)
2 sets
70kg
110kg 8 reps, slow down fast as f**k up.

Here's hoping for the Lottery tonight, so i can pay for Pudz to come over for the weekend. Grin
