Gym sort off died. Not open no more, someone got f**ked off which the owner didn't expect to affect business that much. . . IT did. Lol.

That was the strangest gym about, had some laughs in there and millions of stories but evrything has to come to a end.Unhappy

Shoulder and roter still in pain when deadlifting, so no clue how tonight will go?

Farmer Deadlifts
40kg 10 reps
40kg 20 reps
40kg 30 reps
80kg 3 reps (twing)
80kg 4 reps
80kg 6 reps
80kg 10 reps (no twings and felt nice)
40kg few 40 meter walks

Seated Row supersetted with Light Shrugs for shoulder and rotor.

Got a nice little sweat on but had to cut it early as bird was waiting for me. Glad the shoulder/roter held up and feel like some muscle is starting to build back up now.

Still got the Oly Shoes and Rehab belf but other than that everything will have to be bought again. Lol, still got the Inzer Fusion but need 333 stone befor that will fit again.

JC - So hard mentally when you used to throw XXX weight up, and now it's seems like a million miles away. Only one way to go though.
