There is probably around 10-15 meters of running space if you wanted for farmers but imagine you'll be fine doing them outside as long as you return the equipment and weights. It still getting itself for the re-locating, but is a really decent gym. | |||

There is no set training group in Titians but all the equipment is inside the gym with decent amount of space to use it. Not really see many people using it but it's top equipment (some made by Stongman Tom Viking and JT) IFSA Log 10" Log IFSA Farmers Yoke 110kg Keg Axel Zercher Bar Viking Press 2x Daddy Dumbells 50-70kg ish Stones x 5 160ish heaviest Car Deadlift out side with front and side handles and a car sat on the frame at all times. | |||

Not bad mate, Baby is loud and can be a proper kick off merchant sometimes but really is perfect. How's did your Christmas go mate? Little Grapple last night and feeling it this morning in knees and few other places. Good getting a session in, cardio was fcuked though. | |||

Wanted to use the IFSA Log but it had bird s**t on it. Lol. Deadlift 60kg 10 reps x 2 sets 100kg 6 reps 140kg 6 reps x 2 sets 180kg x 5 reps 200kg x 5 reps Car Dealift 2 easy-ish reps PB Quite surprised but going to be using it regularly from now on. Farmer Pick up's 60kg reps? Upright rows 5 sets 20 reps Left it there as right shoulder bit sore from pressing the other day. | |||

Got too many to name but one main stand out was RED STATE Seen the trailer and did not really expect much, watched it one afternoon and with the surround sound turned up it ended up being one of the best films of the year for me by far. Loved it. Sort of wished they had the money for the books ending but the film's ending worked great too. | |||
