did abit of deadlifting the week before but didnt get time to post, maxed at 240 which im happy with considerin i hadnt done it for so long.

i try to go monday, legs 1 week deadlifts another. wednesday bench, fri shoulders. i wouldnt weight train on a thurs, as your body is at its maximum damage 48hrs after a training session which would risk injury ingame. you will most proberly lose abit of strength during the season, but you cant do both! just get back into strongman during the offseason, which im doing.

try to do whatever you can, cuz chances are, you'll be carrying some kind of injury every week.as i do.fml.
