Farmers walks- weight per hand 30kg x 50m 70kg x 25m x 3 70kg x 50m Tricep push & pull downs 2 finish off about 6 sets no idea of the weight.... | |||

Ive never used lifting equipment but curiosity is starting 2 get the better of me and im finding myself browsing for bench shirts etc on a regular basis... Im mainly intrested in a bench shirt as i believe my bench is quite week... Is equipped lifting as effective as they say? Where 2 buy from? Any advice appreciated...Thanks | |||

08/04/2011 - Triceps Originally intended on doing a quick tricep workout however upon entering the gym one of my friends asked me for a spot and if i fancied joining in with him on the bench press, decided to join in but stay light and rep low..... Bench press BAR X LOTS 60KG X 8 100KG X 7 100KG X 6 100KG X 5 Got a video of my 2nd set, never watched myself bench before so was good 2 have a look at the video and see where needs improvment... Any way enough chest for 2day, now 4 some tricep... Cable rope pull downs 60KG X 10 70KG X 10 80KG X 10 Over head cable rope extensions 40KG X 10 50KG X 10 60KG X 10 Close grip bench press BAR X LOTS 60KG X 3 - Very slow down & explosive up A few sets of gay bicep curls on a EZ bar with about 45KG.....Job done, weekend off... |
