Stabbing self in calf with bush stump x 1

Concrete mixing x 60kg

Slotting gravel boards in x 6

Trapping finger x f**king all of them

Swearing never to go to my mates for 'a cuppa' again, supersetted with calling him a fat useless git.

3 PBs, definitely pleasing, should continue to hit PBs. Believe it or not, all the weights felt light and easy today. Take for example the deadlift. Over the last couple months, everything has felt slow and heavy, but today it was light and easy. Even the 242.5 felt light.

Strict Press i haven't done for months and haven't done it regularly for longer before that, technique felt odd but was ok. This will be up between 90-100 soon Happy

Push Press- a PB technically, but want to be over 100 now! I think if i clean the weight, i wont fail to press it. Like last week, i was meant to go 3x3 on 90, got there and couldnt lift 90 once, but 2 days later, on c+p, did 2,2,3 on 90.
