Being hot all the time. I'm like a portable nuclear furnace. Clothes: I can find clothes that fit, but the fit is generally for people with much larger belly or the style is just foul.

» New speeding fines (Go to post) | 11-06-2014 @ 09:55
chaos said:You're right speeding isn't the problem its the people speeding that are the problem and other people using the roads. There are very few people driving who can actually handle speed and know how to manouvre at speed. There are millions who think they can, but very few actually can. Unless you are an advanced driver and been through the apprpriate training then you shouldn't speed really. As to your comment its a victimless crime, its not really. Speeding fines are there as a preventative measure and to stop people having accidents where speed is a casue of it. Without the measures in place people would speed willy nilly and have crashes gallore (a bit extreme but making my point). But incidents where speeding is a major factor is only 7%. More accidents happen in heavy traffic, at normal speeds or less than the limit on normal roads. This is where the issues are. We all know that the motorways are the "safest" in terms of stats. On top of this you have the people who sit at 70mph in driving rain far too close to the car in front. Or going faster than is sensible in snow for example. Both legally not speeding but both examples are inappropriate use of speed. Speeding IS a victimless crime in the vast majority.

Speeding is a victimless "crime", the fines are a joke. The other week it was reported that someone was caught at 149mph on the motorway by a camera. No one died, no crash, just petrol burned at a fast rate. Speeding is not the issue yet the government are scared to actually tell people who are under the speed limit that they are speeding through inappropriate use of speed.

Surely evident years of steroid use would have been found quite quickly, not months and months of testing?

PaulSavage said: Took it completely different, i thought it was pretty clear he took a couple steps back so he didnt smash the log into the rack / actually shown he was very stable in doing so. This tbh. It's only training and came from a rack though so nobody should think it is nearing record standard. Fantastic press, can't wait to see him and a few others really push Z on to something truely fantastic! Think this also shows that Z has a long way to go to set an unbeatable record.
» weight has nothing to do with it (Go to post) | 02-06-2014 @ 08:51
It's nothing that hasn't been said time after time after time. In BB, it is not about the weight. To an extent the same can be said for progressive overload, you don't need to be hitting more each session or even the same amount to improve. It has to be as or more intensive thats all.

PaulSavage said: If everybody that was willing to take a lot of gear would get strong as f**k almost everybody at the gym could bench 600 pounds. Out of everything you said I'll pick this. I agree completely. If gear just made everyone super strong then we would have lots of people benching 200kg+ in every gym. There is more to it than just gear.
